Description
Pasta sauce with basil, preserved in a glass jar vacuum-packed. The most typical Ligurian sauces, such as you would prepare at home in a marble mortar, using only fresh basil leaves, extra virgin olive oil, pecorino cheese, pine nuts, garlic and salt, no colorings or preservatives are added.
The sauce thus obtained did not undergo any heat treatment and is ready to accompany the pasta tradition: trofie, trenette, Croxetti, or to give an unusual twist to the classic vegetable soup.
